MOSKOW – Penjualan tiket maskapai penerbangan untuk sekali jalan di Rusia melonjak 27 persen, usai Presiden Vladimir Putin mengumumkan mobilisasi parsial yang mewajibkan ribuan warganya untuk menjalani wajib militer sebelum berperang di Ukraina.
Mobilisasi parsial dilakukan untuk membantu tentara Rusia mengkonsolidasikan wilayah-wilayah Ukraina.
Keputusan mobilisasi parsial diambil Presiden Vladimir Putin setelah ribuan tentara Rusia tewas akibat invasi di Ukraina, tercatat sejak Februari hingga Juli 2022 jumlah korban tewas Rusia diperkirakan melonjak sekitar 15.000.
Alasan inilah yang membuat Putin mewajibkan warganya bergabung dalam mobilisasi parsial sebagai tentara cadangan, agar Rusia dapat meningkatkan benteng pertahanan selama invasi berlangsung.
Namun sayang kebijakan yang diterapkan Putin mendorong ribuan laki-laki Rusia yang masuk dalam kategori produktif, untuk melarikan diri dari tanah air guna menghindari wajib militer.
Perusahaan analisis penjualan tiket pesawat yang berbasis di Spanyol ForwardKeys, mengungkap bahwa saat ini pangsa tiket sekali jalan yang diterbitkan di Rusia pada Minggu ini melonjak menjadi 73 persen, meningkat drastis dibandingkan dengan permintaan tiket di pekan yang sebelumnya hanya meningkat 47 persen.
“Angka-angka ini cukup luar biasa dan berkorelasi dengan laporan pada saat terjadi peningkatan penjualan tiket secara tiba-tiba,” kata Wakil Presiden ForwardKeys, Olivier Ponti.
Dengan 60 persen tiket pesawat dari Rusia untuk tanggal keberangkatan 15 hari kedepan terpantau naik 45 persen dibandingkan dengan minggu sebelumnya.
Dengan penerbangan menuju Tbilisi di Georgia, Almaty Kazakhstan, Istanbul di Turki, Tel Aviv-Yafo Israel, serta Dubai dan Uni Emirat Arab menjadi tujuan paling ramai diserbu masyarakat Rusia.
Melansir dari Reuters, lonjakan ini terjadi bersamaan dengan menyusutnya waktu lead time untuk keberangkatan dari 34 menjadi 22 hari.
Meski saat ini aksi migrasi massal di Rusia melonjak, namun kepala badan pariwisata Rusia menegaskan bahwa negaranya belum menerapkan pembatasan untuk warganya yang akan bepergian ke luar negeri.
