JAKARTA – PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales [SIS] membukukan kenaikan penjulan ritel dari diler ke konsumen sebesar 15 persen di bulan Agustus 2022 dibandingkan bulan sebelumnya.
Total kendaraan Suzuki terjual selama Agustus 2022 mencapai 7.816 unit. Secara rinci, penjualan kendaraan penumpang Suzuki naik 29 persen dana kendaraan niaga ringan naik 8 persen.
SUV entry level, Suzuki memberi kontribusi sebesar 18 persen dari total penjualan ritel Suzuki di bulan Agustus 2022. Secara presentase, penjualan XL7 selama Agustus 2022 naik 5,5 persen dibandingkan penjualan di Juli 2022.
“Penjualan ritel Suzuki secara keseluruhan di bulan Agustus 2022 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 15 persen dibandingkan dengan Juli 2022. Begitu pun halnya dengan penjualan ritel XL7 yang mengalami peningkatan yang cukup baik di bulan Agustus 2022,” ujar Randy R. Murdoko, Asst. to Dept. Head 4W Sales Suzuki Indomobil Sales dalam keterangan pers tertulis, Kamis (29/9/2022).
Tren kenaikan penjualan ini menurutnya menunjukkan Suzuki XL7 banyak digemari oleh masyarakat karena tampilannya yang gagah dan maskulin, memiliki fitur canggih, dan konsep interior yang premium.
Dia mengatakan, sejak pertama kali diluncurkan pada Februari 2020, XL7 terus memberikan catatan penjualan yang positif di Indonesia.
Kepercayaan konsumen dalam memilih XL7 ditunjang oleh beberapa faktor seperti pembuktian ketangguhan produk dan efisiensi mesin yang menjadi nilai unggulan pada XL7.
Penggunaan platform Heartect pada XL7 membuat bobot kendaraan 7 penumpang ini menjadi lebih ringan dan kuat, sehingga sangat mudah untuk menaklukkan rute menanjak walau dalam kondisi penuh penumpang dan barang muatan.
Sementara, ground clearance yang tinggi juga menambah rasa aman ketika melewati jalan rusak dan berlubang.
XL7 dibekali mesin 1.500 cc berkode K15B yang memiliki durabilitas dan efisiensi bagus dan sudah dipasang pada model kendaraan Suzuki lainnya seperti di All New Ertiga Hybrid dan di pikap New Carry.
Mesin tipe K15B ini menghasilkan tenaga maksimum 104,7 PS/6.000 rpm dan torsi 138 Nm/4.400 rpm.
Dipasang di pikap New Carry, mesin ini juga abisa diandalkan untuk membawa beban muatan berat. Di MPV All New Ertiga Hybrid mesin ini juga emberikan konsumsi bahan bakar yang hemat dan jarak tempuh perjalanan yang lebih jauh.
